I found a different solution. Before installing macOS Mojave I installed the Clover Bootloader on the SSD using the BDU tool on Windows. Then I installed macOS Mojave. My unibody MacBook has been upgraded with 5 GB of ram and 256 SSD, with macOS Extended. /mindjet-mindmanager-120161-2543/. Everything was smooth. Yesterday, I realized I needed to upgrade the system to get to 10.4.16 and I followed the tutorial again to install the 1.3.0 patcher skipping the clean install parts as was suggested in my case.
